Heber Springs Schools Archery Team will be starting up next Monday at 4:30pm in the PE Building. This team is for any Middle School or High School student interested in joining. Please sign up in the school office by Friday, March 11th. Practices will be every Monday and Tuesday from 4:30-5:30 in the PE Building. Practices will last until Tuesday, April 26th.

Baseball will play Pangburn beginning at 4:30 (V/JV)

Arkansas Food Bank boxes will be distributed TODAY at Heber Springs Middle School from 4:00 - 5:30.

The Heber Springs Basketball program will be hosting League Play for ANY 3rd-6th grade boy/girl interested in participating.
Leagues will be 1v1 and 3v3.
1v1 League Dates: March 3, 7, and 10

3v3 League Dates March 31, April 4, and 7
4:00 - 5:00 The Panther Den
Students will be set up in 1v1 leagues based on age and gender.
Students will be evaluated by coaches before being placed on 3v3 team.

TODAY'S game vs Maumelle will NOT be at Maumelle today but has been moved to Heber Springs. Game will begin at 5pm TODAY at the Heber Springs Sports Complex.

Lady Panthers Softball will play AT Midland tomorrow at 4:30.
Parents and Students...don't forget that ALL JUNIORS will take the ACT on Tuesday, March 1st at Heber Springs High School. This is a free test for all High School Juniors (on-site and virtual). Juniors will need to have a photo id (driver's license or school id) and will need to be on campus by 7:45am. Testing will begin promptly at 8:00.
9th, 10th, and 12th grade students will have the ability to go Flex/Virtual on this day. Juniors will be able to go Flex/Virtual once their testing is finished. Please contact Heber Springs High School if you have any questions.

After driving around this afternoon, we find that our main roads in town seem ok…however, the side streets and county roads are still worrisome. Heber Springs Schools will be closed for on-site instruction on a Friday, February 25th, out of an abundance of caution and will utilize an AMI day. Hope to see everyone on Monday, February 28th.
