IT’S A GREAT DAY TO BE A PANTHER!
Joel Linn is a dynamic, award-winning educational leader with nearly three decades of experience across Arkansas public schools.
He has an exceptional track record of academic leadership, systems innovation, and student-centered service.
Mr. Linn most recently served as Deputy Superintendent of the Lakeside School District in Hot Springs, Arkansas, where he oversaw key areas including human resources, federal programs, special education, and professional development.
Prior to that, he served as Assistant Superintendent of the Conway School District, supervising districtwide initiatives in technology, special education, assessment and accountability, and student services.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Linn has distinguished himself in both district-level and campus leadership roles. As Director of Assessment and Accountability in Conway, he led comprehensive data-driven initiatives and coordinated services impacting student health and academic outcomes. His background also includes more than a decade of experience as a high school principal in Conway, Heber Springs, and Mayflower, where he was recognized for his transformational leadership and school improvement strategies.
Mr. Linn was honored as the 2014 Arkansas High School Principal of the Year and is widely respected as a mentor and leader among his peers. He holds an Educational Specialist degree and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from Arkansas Tech University and a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Central Arkansas.
A lifelong advocate for excellence in public education, Mr. Linn is known for his collaborative leadership style, deep commitment to student success, and ability to align complex systems for sustainable growth.
