In the second blue box on the left . . . Click Register.
Under Parent Registration, in the blank to the right, enter your E-mail address . . . Click Continue.
Complete all fields of the Parent Registration . . . Red Asterisks are Required Information and must be filled in.

* School District Instructions. . . Click on the blue magnifying glass at the right of the box . . . a District Name box will
appear . . . Type the letters “heb” in the box and Click search . . . Heber Springs School District will appear . . .
Click the small square box to the left of Heber Springs School District . . . Click Use Selected District & Close.
* Click the small box beside the Agreement Terms and Conditions.
You will now be directed to go to your e-mail. It may take a few minutes for the e-mail to reach your mailbox.
Click on the link provided in the e-mail to validate your registration.
Back in EZSchoolPay, log into your account by putting your e-mail address and password in the first blue box to the left.
(You may be asked to reset your password using at least 6 letters and 2 numbers.)
You must link your children to your account to be able to make a payment.
Click on My Students . . . Click on Link Students.
*Make sure Heber Springs School District appears . . . If not, follow the *School District Instructions above.
Enter the Student’s Last Name and Student ID . . . This is provided for you on the letter enclosed.
Click SAVE . . . Your student is now linked to your account.

Q: How does EZSchoolPay work?
A: EZSchoolPay allows you to view transaction history, check balances, and receive low balance alerts from anywhere in the world at no cost 24x7x365. For a small fee, you can make a payment or deposit to your child’s school meal account.
Q: How do I sign up?
A: To create an account, go to www.ezschoolpay.com and click “Register”. After answering a few questions, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Click the link in the email and your registration is complete. Once logged in, you can access your child by using their school name and their student ID.
Q: How will I benefit from EZSchoolPay?
A: You will not have to wonder if the check or cash you sent to school made it to your child’s meal account. Online payments can be made anytime from any internet computer. Payments are typically available for use within ten minutes.
Q: Can I use EZSchoolPay to check my child’s meal account balance?
A: Yes. There is no fee to simply check your child’s balance.
Q: What forms of payment are accepted?
A: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted.
Q: How do I know the EZSchoolPay site is secure?
A: We have security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. The system is compliant with all security regulations and Payment Card industry requirements. All transactions use 256-bit encryption and your credit card information is protected by the most sophisticated internet security available.
Q: What do you do with my personal information?
Q: How much is the convenience fee and what is it?
A: The convenience fee is charged by the school to be able to offer the service. The flat dollar amount of the fee is $3.00 no matter how large or small the payment. It is designed to cover the cost of processing credit card transactions and other costs associated with maintaining a credit card merchant account. If you have more than one child and as long as you pay for all the children at one time, only one transaction fee is charged.
Q: What if I forget my password?
A: Click the “Forgot Password” link above the password box. Fill in your e-mail address and click “Submit”. An e-mail will be sent to you allowing you to change the password.
Q: How do I transfer money or request a refund?
A: All refunds and transfers of money must be made through the school. Refunds will be made in check form and processed within 30 days.
